Specifications for a Typical FHQ-RCS 25mmBtu:
- 220m3-270m3/day total H20 at 80% steam quality
- Capability to run a steam separator to achieve 95% steam quality or higher
- 3-1 turn down for warm up phase
- Dual fuel, diesel or natural gas
- 3-5 days set-up time required
- 36000kg to 55000kg gives the ability to move in during 75% road ban condition with proper equipment
Water Treatment
- Complete dual drain softener package, remote water treatment not required
- Compact design to fit in the same building as OTSG
- Heavy oil treatment for pressure or atmospheric treating processes
